Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (MYT). Orders you place with Home Net Electronic late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

Delivery addresses in Sabah, and Sarawak should add an additional $5.00 charge for standard Shipping & Delivery. Orders arrive in 10 to 14 business days when ordered before 12:00 noon (MYT).

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your Home Net Electronic order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of defective or faulty Product. Fill in the Return Form and returned Product should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.


Defective or faulty, wrong items delivered & Damage during delivery:

You may return your items within 3 calendar days from the date you received the item unless otherwise stated (refer back to product page). Product returned must be accompanied with invoice or receipt and it must be in the same packaging as you received (eg, bubble wrap, transparent plastic bag and etc) except courier flyer. You may choose between an exchange or refund for the returned item. But do not worry, we will make sure everything is of good condition before delivery. Our return rate is very low.


Returns by courier company due to failed delivery/late collect from buyer

Should you need to pick up from your respective courier branch, please do so within the time frame given by the courier company to avoid any returns. Should there be any returns due to above mentioned reasons, you may have to pay for the delivery fee to resend.


Exchange

Exchange can be made after returned products have been received by us. Exchange products are subject to availability. Please contact customer service before you request for exchange.


Refunds

Refunds would take a processing time of 1 - 2 working days after returned products have been received. Refunds processing time from bank would be 5 - 14 days.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for Home Net Electronic to process your return.
